04 Device Management (Intune)

The approach
Sysinternal Consulting is a Microsoft 365 practice based in Wellington, with over eight years of IT experience behind it — most of that spent deep in Microsoft 365, Intune and endpoint management.
The same pattern comes up again and again: Microsoft 365 gets set up once, then never properly touched again. Licences pile up unused. Security settings sit at their defaults. Staff quietly work around their tools instead of with them — usually without realising anything is wrong.
